General terms: The client must be 18 years of age or older to reserve a photo booth.
The client must confirm U2 Photo Booths' availability and pay the deposit to guarantee the booking.
Payments and refunds: A non-refundable $100 deposit is required to reserve a traditional photo booth. 50% of the total amount is required to book a 360-photo booth or a Bullet Time Photo Booth; and the remaining balance due date is the event date. We work in a first-come, first-serve system and we cannot guarantee our availability until we receive your deposit or full amount. Any additional requests should be made by email or text message. A $20.00 fee will be added for any changes made to this agreement. The client may request Idle time at a rate of $50.00 every 30 minutes. Gift cards cannot be exchanged with cash and are subject to cancellation fees above.
Rescheduling: Date changes and cancellations must be made 30 days prior to the original contracted date and changes are subject to photo booth availability. We could make an exception based on our availability.
Access, space and power of photo booth: U2 Photo Booths will arrive up to 1 hour before the contracted time and will leave the venue at least 30 minutes before the contracted time.
The client must provide the correct address, parking and set up instructions. For the client's convenience, the client should reserve a parking spot for the vehicle transporting the photo booth near the client's venue. If parking spaces are limited or not available or if the client provides an incorrect address or wrong instructions, there will be no compensation for lost time. The client's venue must be accessible, ramps and elevators are allowed but no stairs are allowed to transport the photo booth.
The minimum area required for a photo booth is 6’ L x 7’ W x 9’ H. An additional 6.5' x 4' area is required if you ordered a Photo Booth Album Station. A Photo Booth Album Station is available at a rate of $65.00 and must be ordered before the event date. The minimum area for a Hashtag Printer Station is 5' x 5'.The Photobooth capacity is up to 12 guests per photo session.
The customer must provide an accessible three-pronged outlet near the photo booth area. That outlet must not be shared with any other appliance. In outdoor events and in the event of inclement weather, customers must provide an indoor safe shelter, excluding small areas/enclosures, and if that is not available, U2 Photo Booth holds the right to end the rental service early with no compensation for the lost rental time.
If the event is outdoors, a solid wall is necessary to avoid wind interference.
Photo design: After receiving the client's deposit, U2 Photo Booths will do a follow up to get the details that we need to work on the photo design and after we get all the information, U2 Photo Booths will send the client an example of the final product for the client's approval.
Damage to U2 Photo Booths' staff or equipment: The photo booth cannot be used in any manner that violates any law, statute, ordinance or regulation. If anyone from The client's party is physically or verbally violent towards U2 Photo Booths staff or equipment, U2 Photo Booths holds the right to end the rental service early with no compensation for the lost rental time. U2 Photo Booths can refuse service to rowdy customers and guests or for lack of proper communication.
Security deposit for events without a U2 Photo Booths Attendant and Do-it-yourself rentals: We understand that our clients might not require having a U2 Photo Booths staff member attending their event. In this case, we require to have the client's credit card information and that card won't be charged until we get the equipment back in good working condition.
If the client would like to have their printouts on-site, they will need to provide a firewall-free Wifi and a table for the printer.
Release and waiver of liability:
The client recognizes that the equipment is heavyweight, that each case weighs up to 50 libs and that there are risks of injury involved in lifting, loading, and transporting the equipment. The client agrees to save a hold harmless U2 Photo Booths to the fullest extent permitted by law for any injury, harm, or damage that may occur as a result of lifting, loading or transporting the equipment.
Policies regarding damage to the equipment: The client would be required to pay for the cost of repairing or replacing the property that has been damaged during the client's event.
Miscellaneous Terms: If the printer fails to print out photos on site, U2 Photo Booths will be allowed to provide prints at a later time free of charge with free shipping as well as the ability for guests to download the digital files for their own use. By paying the deposit, the customer agrees to be bound by the terms of the agreement. The quality of photos or prints is subjective and not grounds for refunds. The last photo booth session must end 5 minutes before the contracted time. Children may not be left unattended in the photo booth area. A certificate of Insurance Policy for the company is available upon request.
Covid-19 updates (these might change anytime depending on the state and local regulations):
We are following the best practices and public health guidance to keep you and our staff safe.The photo booth will be operated solely by the photo booth Attendant. The photo booth Attendant must wear a face mask during the rental time. The photo booth Attendant must clean and sanitize the rental between occupants, this includes sanitizing all surfaces that were in contact with your party. U2 Photo Booths is not liable for the spread of the Covid-19 in the photo booth area. Thank you for your support. Together we can slow the spread of the coronavirus. A little disclaimer that we might be using for our events coming up. We will have this posted on the booth and/or prop table: "Guests using the photo booth and props provided by U2 Photo Booths acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk they may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by using the photo booth and/or props. Such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death. Guests understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 at the photo booth may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others. I voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury to myself and/or child(ren) - (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that I or my child(ren) may experience or incur in connection with my participation in the photo booth. On my behalf, and on behalf of my children, I hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless U2 Photo Booths, its employees, agents, and representatives, of and from the Claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto. I understand and agree that this release includes any Claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of U2 Photo Booths, its employees, agents, and representatives, whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after participation in the photo booth."
